Oehlert & Associates ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") explains here how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, apps, and related services (the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

This Policy applies to information we collect from visitors, customers, and account holders located in the United States. Additional rights for California residents are described in Section 10.

Information you provide

• Account and profile details (name, email, password).
• Business information you add to your workspace.
• Billing details (billing name, address). Payment data is processed by our payment processor; we receive limited information (e.g., last four digits, card type, expiration) and do not store full card numbers.
• Support requests, survey responses, and other communications.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data (IP address, browser, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, date/time, referring URLs).
• Cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and (if enabled) advertising measurement. You can manage preferences via Cookie Settings or your browser.
• Approximate location inferred from IP address.
• We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal for applicable opt‑outs.

Information from third parties

• Sign‑in providers (if you use social/SSO).
• Payment, analytics, and customer‑support partners.
• Public sources where you make content public (e.g., reviews, testimonials).

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• Create and manage accounts; personalize experiences.
• Process transactions and send invoices/receipts.
• Communicate about features, security alerts, and administrative messages.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. We disclose information to:

Categories collected (past 12 months): identifiers (e.g., name, email, IP), commercial information (transactions, subscription tier), internet activity (usage, logs), geolocation (approximate), and inferences (product interest segments). Sources include you, your devices, and our service providers. Business purposes include those listed in Section 3. We disclose these categories to the service‑provider types listed in Section 5.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The Effective date shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted in‑product or emailed when appropriate.
